When you submit an order, I collect your name, email, phone number, order details, fulfillment preference, preferred handoff timing if provided, shipping details when needed, customer notes, and any admin order notes needed to manage the order.

If you submit a verified review, I collect the review rating, optional review text, and the display name you choose.

Address or location information used for pickup distance or drop-off suggestions is used only to estimate options and is not saved with the order.

The site uses limited cookies and local storage for optional catalog access, admin login, and cart functionality.

I use this information to process the order, coordinate pickup or drop-off by text after payment, provide shipping/tracking updates when applicable, provide order support, and manage verified reviews.

• I do not sell customer data.
• Stripe processes card and wallet payments securely.
• I do not store payment card information.
• I do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• I do not store customer address/location from meetup suggestions.

Only completed orders can submit reviews through a one-time link. Reviews are moderated before public display. Public reviews do not show email, phone, order ID, location, or purchased items.
